Disappointed and down!!!!

Hello readers,

I do not put my title as negative line or something that brings negative thoughts but what happened today us utter disappointing and I am disturbed.

I just needed help one issue so I did mail. The response which I got was an insulting one. I really do not think that I offended any one as my mail was polite enough What do you do when other person is blunt and just wants to show you that he can write, tell and do what ever he wants.

Is management listening?

Ok. So I got a blunt reply and mailed reached to 70 people who are thinking that I am an idiot gut but one second. why do they think I am an idiot just because some one had replied me bluntly and not maintaining professional attire.

My reply to that blunt mail was "Thanks anyways" I was a bit hurt and so I left office and went for a walk nearby.

I found a book shop and I spent one hour reading a management and Business best seller "The Dip" by Gordon seth. I returned back to normal and went back to office.

Now, I saw an email stating that the reply I sent is actually a mature response. I felt good.

My thinking is if some one is trying to bog you down or insult you then please do not bring your self down to their level. that is utterly non sense.

If some is at lower level and trying to insult you and by doing same to him you are just bringin your slef down to that level. Just maintain your level and move on. That is my mantra of life.
