Hide and Seek wih Boss!!!!
Hello Readers,
Last week my Friend Kamlesh went to his native without informing his BOSS and taking 2 days sick leave, He reached home and told his Boss that he is sick and could not come for 2 days.
Boss said OK. After that his Boss called him twice also on saturdays and sundays and asking him if he needs anything and can he come to see him at his place, but he did not knew that Kamlesh is in his Hometown.hehehehe...
After that his boss called him and asked if he could come to see, Kamlesh replied "Sure sir but as of now I am moving to Doctor's clinic to do some tests and you can surely come with fruits and Bouquet to my place in the evening" :) and at that moment only he switched off the mobile [:)].
Now When he reappeared in the office his boss did not come to ask him about his health but this guy went and asked his boss" Sir, Tell me why you did not come now to ask about my health, last few days your were so much concerned and showing affection on me"
His Boss replied " I just wanted to check whether you went to your home town without informing me? ", This guy replied " Oh..is it? I want to go to Toilet can I go right now?" ( after hearing this incident I was laughing like anything..) his boss understood the whole episode and not talking to him from last week.
The moral of this incident is never tell lie to your boss and if you are telling make it a truth by repeatedly saying it.

Its true that if you have tough boss u will face difficult times...but If you do not have bad boss for sometime in life....you wont learn how to handle difficult situations.....
This is very true as per my experience in the industry which I will publish in my blog sometime later....
@blogboy...i agree with ur point! I have friends they have tough boss...man they just trouble u for no reason....u have good point...undr pressure is the real u can be discovered..... tough boss definately doesnt mean ...u r learning...some i have seen are just pissed off with life..they got nothing to do but...screw you...:)
Yeah..tough bosses can make your life misearble...I had oe who woud come to office post noon but had spies all over the place..so even if you stepped in the office 10 mins late she wud be shouting why was I late..it was so awful!!!

but imagine if you have experienced a bad boss.after some years u will become a Boss at that time you will know how to handle people....am I right?...

yeah some bosses are like that very stringent and rigid attitude...they might not have experienced bad bosses in their life...tht might be the reason being a bad one... :-)

man mangement is tough task...as u have to ensure..u r team has to meet requirements.....we r all underpressure @ times due to timing of the project....it doesnt u start abusing ur employees....i wouldnt like my boss calling me on the weekend...thats not professionalism...he can ask me at workk...how am i today....dont call me at home...i need to come an see u...how u r feeling....i am not fan of that....there is personal life....and professional life...both have to be balanced....i agree with u....being boss is tough task...cause u run the show.....
