Are you busy or some one is making you busy....

Hello Readers,



I know it has been 2 weeks I am writing my blog but I was so damn busy these days.



I went to my home town from 10Th to 16Th of august then I compensate for these many days and then a sudden project pressure came up so was very busy with all that stuff.
I completed 1 year in this organisation and this new city as well so now I am senior enough..hehehehe.

One thing I have noticed that seniority does not come by years of experience but comes how much time one has spent in one organisation, this is absolutely true, I have seen this practically in my professional life.

so only 83 days left for my marriage, My cousin brother got engaged yesterday, He will do what ever I do, he will copy me in each and every sense, Is this some kind of competition or what? Then in the engagement it started with the comparison between my fiancee and his fiancee, It was god that I was no there to attend otherwise I would have said some bitter words to him.

Rest is going good. This I will be getting appraisals as well as bonus..Hurray.....................................
I am expecting something around 15% hike lets see.What my manager has programmed for me. In this organisation many people has stayed just to get the hike and after that they will move on.
Attrition is high but same is the stuff for every other organisation here..
