Do Rating really Rate people...

Hello Readers,

I got my final rating which is 3 out of 5 and also it suggests that I am meeting all expectations.
After fighting so much and working hard so much, I got rating of 3.

One of my colleague who is not at all working properly and has no professional ethics got 3.
What is the difference between me and her

• She comes to office by 1 PM.
• No professional manner of handling critical issues.
• she messes with Team leader and managers.
• Half of the time she goes early and spends only 6-7 hours in the office
• She is always low on the productivity counts.

And Karen , you were asking that Am I not afraid of my manager.

Answer: I am little bit afraid of that but still I am having courage to speak what I like and what I do not like.

It comes by experience in professional life that how to talk to people.It is the most important thing.

So as per rating I am also in the same category or they want me to become like that by giving same ratings.

I am not going to change my professional attitude but I am going to work hard to show manager that am I really worth of rating "3".

I do not know if Hike is directly proportional to the rating. I will realize it only after September and I am badly waiting for that, Who does not like to earn money.. :-)

Rest is going fine..I registered for an advanced level software certification which has a good value in the market. I am planning to start reading and practicing for that soon cause the exam is in September.

My Viva exam is still pending and now it has been 3 years and I am running out of patience.

I want to get it done as soon as possible but due to my bad luck something or the other happens every time. Like the matter is wrongly printed or the manage meeting is not done or as last time happened my papers were misplaced by the university authority.

God help me please...
