A trip to Tirupati Tirumala Balaji temple

Hello Readers,

I went to Tirupati tirumala balaji temple this week and it is indeed an unforgettable experience for me, Here I will write some tips to visit world's second richest temple (The first is Vetican church).

The best time to visit the temple is during the week days as it is too crowded during week ends. There are so many private tour operators arranges tours to the temple but DO NOT GO BY PRIVATE TOUR OPERATORS.
Why not private tour operators.
1. They will charge you more.
2. The darshan might not happen on the same day and they will keep you waiting for a day so the time is wasted.
3. No proper timings.
4. You will tired of waiting but darshan will not happen at all.
Instead go by KSRTC (Karnataka state road transport company), ITDC (Indian tourism development company), APSRTC (Andhra Pradesh State road transport company).
These are the best ones.
.
After you book the ticket from these tour operators they will take care of all the things and the darshan is guaranteed on the same day.
The buses are volvo and seats are OK ( not that comfortable). I started at around 9.30 in the night and reached about 3 AM to Tirupati, there were 2 hours stay in the local guest house for getting fresh. After that they took me to PADMAVATI temple where I had to pay Rs. 25/- to get the darshan, it took around 1 hour and then we headed owards Tirupati Balaji temple ( I still not understand why should I pay Rs. 25/- to get the darshan of God, this means that if I am poor and do not have 25/- I wont get the darshan).
.
There was short break for breakfast at the local hotel and then we headed towards the tirupati mountain, there was a state transport bus which took us to the Balaji temple on the mountain and we have to stand in the queue for the darshan, again here there were queues of Rs. 50/- Rs. 100/-, Rs. 200/- etc. If you are going from ITDC, APSRTC, KSRTC they will take care of passes and everything. I had to stand for 1.5 hour to get the darshan and believe me its is worth waiting, the idol is truely amazing and an outstanding spiritual experience.
.
I have seen people removing all jewellary and all money and putting it in to "HUNDI", I also talked with one family from Rjasthan who told me that this lord is their profit partnet so every year they come to offer 50% profit they earned in their business.
.
There are glass compartments where there are people (around 20 to 25) who sits everyday and counts money ranging in rupees to Dollars and pounds and francs.
.
so this was all about trip to tirupati.
Rest is going fine.
