Who is right!!!

Here I am coming up with my friend's incident, you all are free to suggest/ comment on the incident.

Gaurav is a good friend of mine. he shares most of the stuff happening in his life.
He got married 6 months back and for his parents he left job in a different city and planned to settle with his parents and his wife at his native.

His wife is very co operative and supportive to every one, She does job in the city and gives everything to her father in law as she does not want any misunderstanding to prevail in a typical Indian family, after 3-4 months small quarrels started between Gaurav's wife and her mother in law for very small reasons as her mother in law does not allow Gaurav's wife doing things independently. They alleged Gaurav's wife about the house hold budget is going high because of her, Bills are shooting up because of her, she should work more at home then to go office, also blaming Gaurav on not providing attention at home and allowing his wife in doing what ever she wants.

Here at this side Gaurav does not want her wife to end her career because of all this. He does not enough money to live independently. He supports his wife but also does not want to hurt his parents.

My suggestion: Gaurav should make his parents understand about the situation and avoid misunderstanding as far as possible.
