Hello Readers,
I know, I have been posting less frequently then I should but believe me no excuses.
I got a compliment from line manager, he said
" You are the most matured man I have ever seen in my life, seriously you are the person who has capabilities and matuity which many of people in our organization does not have irrespective of their age ofcourse"
I was flattered, This manager I admire the most though we had our part of conflicts.
The other reason is he told these things to a common colleague and not to me directly.
How maturity comes? sometime it does come with bitter expereinces in life, sometime it comes with the people you are with, sometime it does come with learning to be a mature person and yes some time it comes with reading books (personality and attitude books)
I have learned many things from the person whom I have met only once or some times just did not met at all just a phone conversation has taught me things which I would have never learned if it did not happened. I really feel that there is a learning in the every day life.
One needs to be bold and egoless to accept and learn.
Also once you learn then you try to unlearn as well. both are really important.
