Oh. Yes.. I need to be evaluated

Hello Readers,

I feel each and everyone of us needs to be eavluated from time to time.

That is the only way to get know hoe are we been doing on life.

What does evaluation means?

Evaluation: Evaluation is systematic determination of merit, worth, and significance of something or someone using criteria against a set of standards.

I thought of it when I realized that I am being evaluated, now how and on what basis, who is going to evaluate me?

For me the evaluation should consist of following things at professional life.

1. Performance at business, job or the function of items.

2. How effective you were at the time of crisis.

3. How did you handled difficult situation either with the client or with colleagues.

4. Were you able to perform on time.

5. Were you able to communicate effectively to the client.

6. Did you contribute effectively to the client and colleagues.

7. Did you took any initiative in your job function.

8. Was there a regular meetings held for better and effective communication.

9. One has to conduct seminaar and presentations in order to share the knowledge and become more presentable.

These are the points one needs to follow in day to day activities at office ofcourse to get a good appraisal.

The most important thing is to please you Boss no matter what you are doing.
