Hello Readers,

Lots of things are going on simultaneously and I guess I am at the center of gravity as of now so because of the same I need to experience a lot of force on the center of gravity.

Some time we all need to accept that the things that we do are either going wrong or picking a wrong direction. I am facing the same thing. I have to accept that the stuff which I am doing right now at work does not add any value in my profile or in my skills. I am feeling like I am falling low in IQ( Intelligent Quotient) as well as EQ(Emotional Quotient)

I have got an opportunity to meet great people last week, one is of CEO of the start up company which just made me impressed. The start up company has a fresh ideas and I guess they are well on it. It will be definitely gonna click in the market. The other 2 people I met too were CEO of the companies and they are such a great people that for 2 days they kept me thinking on how much a person's passion keeps their life progressing. Yes, it is all about passion.

I was amazed to learn that a guy who is heading a company of 450 people is just of the same age of mine and has his own Jet aeroplane too. I truly appreciate both the CEO. They are the real Heroes and I am sure everyone will agree on that as to start from scratch takes a lot of hard work and passion apart from determination and enthusiasm, yes Luck is a factor but I guess it's contribution is mere 5%.

I am a self motivated person and I get more motivated after I meet self made individuals who just inspires me to challenge my limits.
